Your document library files and folders will now appear in the window. Just navigate to the file you want to attach and click Insert. The file will now be attached to an email. In the “Choose Form” window, you then have to change the “Look in:” drop-down menu to “User Templates in File System.”. Finally, you can then double-click your template to open it.
