A good bit should be with a primary care doc. You also need at least 200 hours of clinical experiences. This can be paid or volunteer. Your plan to do EMT transport isn’t a good idea. Focus on getting good grades, on creating meaningful relationships, on improving and learning practical, social and professional skills.
