WebIt turned out that in 1797, Bucktrout married for the second time, this time to Miss Mary Bruce. Records show that he owned the Ayscough House (now the gunsmith) in 1797. The Ayscough House was possibly where Benjamin and Mary Bucktrout had their four children: Rachel, Horatio Nelson, Benjamin Earnshaw (1803) and Richard Manning (1805).
